The people at the dmv area dont kmow what they doing 2 much personal busy and not doing their job correctly. They seem very organized with someone at the front desk to help you find exactly who you need to see. DMV services are the best! Been coming here for years and dont plan on changing locations. I needed a jumpstart.
The driver was terse and uncaring in my time of need. I wanted to pay with a credit card but he said cash would be better. I asked how would it be better. I think its just better for him. The DMV service was good.
Its hot inside the office so wear cool clothing. Parking is a nightmare so plan ahead. The people employed here at AAA are very helpful and knowledgeable. They also helped me locate other places of business that I needed to visit and since I am a new resident of southern California this was very much appreciated. Home owner policy issues. Mortgage company called number and was on hold for over 30 min.
We called the local branch and experienced a long hold and they transferred to the number. Called the branch back and the female answerer said my agent was not there and the other agents were busy. Asked to speak to the branch manager, she said he was on leave and his replacement was not at the branch. I told her I didnt want to be put on hold any longer and she suggested I call or visit another branch.
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have had AAA insurance for our cars and properties for 16 years!! The services is not what you expect it however theyre here to help you plus Alexa was a very unique person to deal with thanks.
Trying to get things done in a timely manner is not easy with covid virus. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. They have a system that works well. I personally never had bad experience at location but my overall experience with AAA has been the worsted ever 3 months since my accident and my cars being worked on finally not to mention I did all the leg work myself.
Looks like the DMV, long lines for evrithing,need to book a treep,2 hour ,left,never go there, went to a travel agency. Will not use them again. Not good service for anyone with a spouse, rv or motorcycle. Bot an rv policy for less covers all and unlimited towing.
Friendly faces best Insurance!!! When in time of crisis AAA steps in and takes control! There is no other Insurance company that can compare to the high level of assurance in Insurance!!! Been a member for 34yrs, the wait was longer than anticipated, but I was taken care of. Just went in for a passport photo. Silvia is the best! Shes super friendly and helpful, and I enjoy her positive attitude in this branch. The staff are super quick and friendly. Thank you for all of your hard work!

In and out great dmv services. The professionalism and customer service lacks empathy and social familiarity. Glad they are open again. DMV transaction wait time was 10 min. Back to normal. Great way to bypass the DMV lines, recieved my new car tags pretty fast. Anytime Ive had dealings with AAA everything has been fast and easy.
