Which external hardware reference clock is it configured to use? Do you have it configured to run in universal time UTC or in local time of your time zone, with daylight savings adaption or without?
What's your local time zone, with and without daylight saving time, if applying? Which relation have you configured for its internal time of the operating system to its hardware clock?
